That career has spanned frontline study execution and enterprise-level decision-making: growing a single research site into a five-site network, leading FDA and sponsor audits with zero findings, building quality assurance infrastructure from the ground up, and directing multidisciplinary clinical operations and regulatory teams in partnership with executive leadership.
Today that experience is the foundation of Aralia Group’s advisory work: helping research organizations, sponsors, CROs and investors turn strategy into operations that hold up in practice.
